GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Keeps offices, bathrooms, change rooms, breakrooms, and common areas in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, bathrooms, common areas and office space.
- Empties light trash and light garbage containers.
- Cleans bathrooms.
- Wipes down counters, tables, and chairs in breakrooms. Cleans microwave, coffee machine. Runs and empties dishwasher. Replenishes supplies in breakroom (paper towels, soap, coffee grounds and condiments, etc.)
- Sanitizes frequently touched surfaces: door handles, water fountains, elevator buttons, staircase railings, etc.
- Notifies management concerning need for repairs or changes to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
