You will be accountable for the admissions process at a campus, managing every step from application submission to final enrollment. This is not a coordination role. You own how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions are grounded in genuine fit. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate purposeful dialogue, and recommend against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize numbers. The objective is to ensure alignment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, spanning initial contact to onboarding completion.
  • Facilitating needs-based discovery conversations to assess fit prior to offering solutions or advancing to the next stage.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across varying stages of the enrollment cycle, maintaining full clarity on status and follow-up actions.
  • Guiding campus tours, shadow day experiences, and enrollment decision meetings that transparently convey outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring CRM accuracy and enrollment data integrity (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

  • Applying transactional or high-pressure sales methods.
  • Accepting families who are poorly aligned in order to meet enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a large team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off ownership of the family experience across multiple departments.
  • Working from a remote location. This position is campus-based by necessity.

Director Of Admissions And Enrollment Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that enrolls the right families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, personalized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at various stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
  • Capacity to present specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your product or service due to misalignment.
  • Professional written communication experience engaging senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment in competitive programs.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive-level support functions.
  • Experience designing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency using data and CRM tools to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
