Roles & Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
- Create personas through user research and data.
- Translates wireframes into mockups.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
- Ensures exceptional and compliant design execution across all digital platforms.
- Participates in user research, usability tests and other evaluation activities.
- Embrace and apply Design Thinking principles with agile methods.
- Develop original design concepts and manage the design project through execution.
- Helps the team interpret and understand user feedback and provide recommendations to design decisions based on that feedback.
- Researches and showcases knowledge of industry trends and the latest relevant technologies across a variety of platforms.
- Contributes to requirements and design documents.
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Good to have Banking/Finance experience.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
