Quality Assurance Manager

Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Quality Manager in Fort Collins, CO. This opportunity is with a growing precision manufacturing company serving highly regulated industries. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Quality Manager will lead the Quality Management System, oversee compliance with ISO 13485 requirements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage all quality-related activities across the facility.

Quality Manager Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards
• Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and coordinate corrective actions
• Manage customer quality concerns, complaint investigations, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement efforts
• Oversee supplier quality programs and calibration activities
• Support validation, verification, risk management, and FMEA processes
• Lead investigations related to nonconforming products, RMAs, and customer complaints
• Monitor quality metrics and drive quality and operational improvement initiatives
• Develop, mentor, and lead quality team members while partnering with leadership on strategic objectives

Quality Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience within an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience in medical device, aerospace, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, CAPA, auditing, validation, risk management, and quality systems
• Experience with eQMS platforms, ERP systems, and controlled documentation systems
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience
• Six Sigma, CQM, and/or CQA certifications preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
