Director of Originations

The Director of Originations serves as the primary leader for dealer acquisition and retention strategies while collaborating closely with Servicing, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to achieve organizational growth goals.

· Strong understanding of indirect auto lending and dealer operations.
· Knowledge of credit underwriting, funding, and loan origination processes.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Ability to interpret production data and develop growth strategies.
· Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
· Ability to work extended hours as business needs require. Weekend and holiday work is required when necessary.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in auto finance, indirect lending, or consumer finance.
· Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing origination, dealer relations, or sales teams.
· Demonstrated success growing dealer networks and funded loan volume.
· Experience working with subprime, near-prime, and non-prime auto finance programs preferred.
This position reports directly to the CEO. This is an in-office position located in Metairie, Louisiana.
Base compensation will be between $100,000 - $135,000 annually. There will be an opportunity for an annual bonus of 25% - 50% of the base pay.
