Award-winning General Contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialized healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing surgery centers, medical office, or healthcare renovations projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and regulatory requirements are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare-specific codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare project
• Proven success managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildout
• Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M–$15M
