SALES APPLICATION ENGINEER
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
CAPITAL EQUIPMENT SALES.
Find potential sales leads (both new and from existing contact lists).
Evaluate customer applications for suitability with our equipment.
Make sales calls to potential customers.
Make sales presentations to interested customers.
Calculate cycle times using spreadsheet templates.
Produce budgetary quotations for customers.
Develop and submit final quotations.
Secure sales order.
Follow order process.
Develop sales budget for assigned territory.
DESIRE PROFILE
BS Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics (Working knowledge of magnetics, coil winding, motor, etc).
Negotiation and sales techniques.
Business process knowledge.
MBA in Business Administration/Marketing.
+5 years sales/applications engineer in an industrial field.
Knowledge of robotics/industrial machinery required.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a "Can Do" attitude.
Lively, outgoing personality.
Team-oriented worker.
Updated passport
- Job entails extensive travel within North America (at least 50% of the time).
- Open to add some additional tasks to be part of the job description.
- Position will be located Columbia, Maryland ,United States.
