CNC Machinist

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Machinist
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery and programming
  • Knowledge of setup and operation of mills and lathes
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
