Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development and creation of compelling visual communications that strengthen brand identity, advance university priorities, and engage a wide range of audiences across print, digital, social, and other multimedia platforms. Working under the supervision of the Executive Director, Brand Storytelling & Creative, this role creates audience-centered design solutions that support internal and external university initiatives. This position serves as a key contributor to the development and execution of university-branded visual communications, partnering with colleagues and leaders across the organization to provide design expertise, visual storytelling, and creative solutions. The role is responsible for executing complex, high-volume graphic design production work for print and digital distribution, including preparing production-ready files and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all deliverables meet standards for brand consistency, accessibility, usability, technical accuracy, and production quality while maintaining awareness of user experience best practices and emerging industry trends.
