Integrity Property Services is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team for apartment turns and unit renovations. This is a part-time seasonal position ideal for a dependable painter who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work efficiently to meet turnover schedules.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, and caulking

Paint interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and common areas

Match paint colors and finishes as needed

Complete apartment turn projects within required timelines

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance staff

Previous Professional Painting Experience Required

Experience with apartment turns, residential painting, or property maintenance preferred

Knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and surface preparation

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
