We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst with strong expertise in incident management monitoring tools and root cause analysis The role involves monitoring data systems identifying and resolving incidents and ensuring data reliability and operational efficiency The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data operations and business teams while driving continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor data pipelines and systems using monitoring tools to ensure smooth operations

  • Manage and resolve data related incidents ensuring timely response and resolution

  • Perform detailed root cause analysis RCA for data issues and system failures

  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to troubleshoot and fix data inconsistencies

  • Track document and report incident trends recurring issues and resolution metrics

  • Implement preventive measures to reduce incident recurrence and improve system stability

  • Support data validation reconciliation and quality checks

  • Maintain clear documentation of incidents RCA findings and resolution steps

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.58/hour - $36.84/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
