Remote HR Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Field HR Generalist based in Omaha, Nebraska, to support our organization's human resources functions across multiple locations.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR inquiries and issues.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, safety, and diversity & inclusion topics.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to track key HR metrics.
