We are seeking a dedicated Remote Field HR Generalist based in Omaha, Nebraska, to support our organization's human resources functions across multiple locations.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR inquiries and issues.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to track key HR metrics.
