About Us: RAM Aircraft, LP is a widely recognized General Aviation support facility focusing on Continental 520/550 engines and the Beechcraft, Cessna and Cirrus aircraft they power.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our senior leadership team with experience as a hands-on financial leader who thrives in a dynamic, small-business environment. The successful candidate will oversee not only the financial health of the company but also lead our Information Technology (IT) and Human Resources (HR) functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Finance & Accounting: Direct all financial operations, including forecasting, financial reporting, tax compliance, bank relationships and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Information Technology (IT): Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to support our growing operations. Includes oversite of the operations of an ERP system (Axapta) and related middleware for shipping and credit card processing.
• Human Resources (HR): Lead HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• S trategic Leadership: Partner with the senior leadership team to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting including WIP (Work in Process) and inventory management.
• Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the general aviation or maintenance industries.
• Proven experience managing IT and HR functions in a small to mid-sized company.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
