Role Description

The Home Organizer is a part time, on-site role based in Alpharetta & Johns Creek, GA + Surrounding Areas.

In this position, the Home Organizer will assess client spaces, develop tailored organization plans, and implement systems that improve safety, accessibility, and ease of daily living.

Day-to-day tasks include decluttering, categorizing belongings, setting up storage solutions, labeling and arranging items, and educating clients on how to maintain organized spaces. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, including seniors and their families, to plan moves, prepare for downsizing, and manage transitions to new living environments with sensitivity and care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate project notes, coordinating schedules, and upholding MHO’s standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful service.

You’ll declutter, sort, pack & unpack, reimagine spaces with care and professionalism.

* Physically able to lift, kneel, and move during sessions

* Self-starter with initiative

* Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

* Fluent in English

* Able to pass a background check

* Comfortable accepting short-notice jobs

Hourly pay (based on experience) | 4–8 hours per day | Long-term opportunity
