Staff Accountant

Hannecard Roller Coatings is the U.S. arm of a global industrial roller-coatings group — thermal spray, rubber and polyurethane roll coverings, and roll refurbishment for steel, paper, and tissue producers. We're hiring an early-career Staff Accountant in Barberton, OH, and developing this person is the whole point: you'll learn the full accounting cycle alongside our Controller and grow into real ownership over time.

What you'll do

• Support AP and AR: invoicing, payment application, collections, reconciliations
• Help with month-end close — accruals, reconciliations, account analysis
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with our operations team
• Be a go-to contact for vendors and customers on billing
• Administer expense reports, reimbursements, and the corporate card; handle vendor W-9s and 1099 prep
• Help keep our ERP and reporting accurate

What we're looking for

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• ~1–2 years of experience (strong internships count)
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Willingness to learn our systems
• Curiosity to understand the "why," not just the "what"
