Responsibilities

  • Register students and maintain accurate records of enrollment information.
  • Provide students and families with necessary enrollment information and ensure all required documentation is completed for coursework.
  • Assist families in ensuring all forms, records, and information are submitted to begin active coursework.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, assisting visitors, parents, and students with inquiries and providing a welcoming atmosphere at The Light Academy of Florida
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and directives as assigned by school administrators to support the school’s operational needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or prior experience in school administration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of office software and student information systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to assist in various roles, including cafeteria assistant when necessary.
  • Experience in an educational setting or similar role is preferred.
