Shift: Day Shift (36/48s) – Auto Offer

Hours: 36–48 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $58 – $60/hr

Estimated Weekly Pay

• 36 hrs: $2,088 – $2,160/week
• 48 hrs: $2,784 – $2,880/week

Job Summary

Adventist Health White Memorial is seeking an experienced ER RN for Float Pool coverage at Montebello Hospital. The RN will deliver emergency nursing care, triage patients, manage acute and critical conditions, and coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Requirements

• Active Emergency Department nursing experience required
• Strong acute care and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced ER and float pool settings
• Strong assessment, triage, and stabilization skills
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt across units as part of float pool assignments

Required Credentials

• Active California RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN from accredited program
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) Certification (facility requirement)

• 353-bed hospital system (White Memorial campus)
• Float Pool covering Montebello Hospital ER operations
• EMR: Cerner
• High-acuity emergency department setting

Floating Requirement

• Required to float within ER/Float Pool assignments at Montebello Hospital and potentially related units
