Lead Consultant (Construction Project Management)

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field
  • Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Experience with Construction or CQV
  • Ability to lead a team and mentor others

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Five plus years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Manufacturing Industry
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience working in a GMP environment
  • Skilled in Smartsheet or similar project management platform

Emendo Inc. serves clients across multiple geographical locations; as a result, domestic and international travel may be expected to support the need of our customers.

Responsibilities

Tasks vary based on the client and project but may include the following:

  • Coordination of a Construction or CQV package
  • Management of team schedule and budget
  • Analyze data to support the decision-making process
  • Help senior staff with the development of executive leadership presentations
  • Set up and support client workshops
  • Build dashboards and tools to support various project initiatives
  • Manage project documents (i.e., project plan, schedule, action tracker, risks, etc.)
  • Strategic Planning and prioritization of deliverables across Engineering, Automation, CQV, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
  • Maintain associated schedule and detailed execution tools
  • Identify and mitigate risks with associated scope
  • Ensure adequate staffing of cross functional teams to deliver to the schedule
