Forensic Case Manager
Are you passionate about helping individuals navigate complex challenges and connecting them to critical mental health services? As a Forensic Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness who are incarcerated in the Tarrant County Jail, helping ensure they receive the care, resources and advocacy they need during a difficult time.
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll serve as a key link between criminal justice and behavioral health systems. You’ll assess new referrals, gather and review clinical and criminal justice information, coordinate psychiatric records and medication histories, and work closely with jail staff and treatment providers to ensure timely access to services. Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Defined Education: Mental Health or related field
Preferences: Two (2) years prior Case Management experience
Defined Experience: Mental Health or related field
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License
