Role Description
The Executive Protection Division Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, or in Salt Lake City, UT. This position is responsible for managing all executive protection sales and operations, including business development, scheduling, supervising security personnel, and ensuring protocols are followed to protect clients and their assets. Day-to-day tasks include sales calls, assessing risks, reviewing security plans, coordinating with law enforcement or external partners when needed, and monitoring service quality across assignments. The role also involves conducting site assessments, managing incident response, preparing reports, and implementing continuous improvements in physical security and protection standards. The Executive Protection Division Manager collaborates with leadership to align division performance with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- MUST have strong sales background in High Net Worth security, or have an extensive network of decision-makers in the executive protection field.
- Strong supervisory skills and team leadership abilities to manage, coach, and support executive protection and security staff.
- Background in Executive Protection is a must.
- Proficiency in physical security practices, including risk assessment, access control, and protective detail planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Familiarity with security technology tools and reporting systems; comfort interpreting data to improve security operations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet any licensing or certification requirements applicable to security and executive protection in Nevada.
- Prior experience managing a security or executive protection team is highly beneficial; relevant education or training in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is a plus.
