Data Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are supporting our client on a search for a Data Analyst who will sit at the center of how the company makes decisions. This is a high-leverage seat for an analyst who loves SQL, dashboards, and turning messy data into clear answers.

You will partner with every function in the business and report directly to the head of data. You will work hybrid out of a great Atlanta office.

COMPENSATION

$70,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports across business functions

- Partner with marketing, sales, product, and finance on data requests

- Write SQL to extract, transform, and validate data

- Run ad hoc analyses and turn findings into clear recommendations

- Document data definitions and improve data quality

- Help define KPIs and instrument tracking with engineering

- Support quarterly business reviews and board prep

- Build automated reporting and alerting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 3 years of analytics, BI, or data experience

- Comfort writing SQL and using a BI tool like Looker, Tableau, or Mode

- Strong analytical thinking and clear written communication

- Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains quickly

- Hybrid presence in the Atlanta office at least two days per week

- Bachelors degree preferred but not required

NICE TO HAVE

- Familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift

- Light Python or R for analysis

- Experience with experimentation or A/B testing
