Supports applications in conjunction with vendors and internal teams by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting issues for end-users resolving per predetermined SLAs. Maintains applications by performing regular updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability. Optimizes application performance by analyzing system capabilities and implementing enhancements. Provide on-call support for portfolio of applications responding timely in accordance with preestablished guidelines. Provide Go-Live support to include necessary travel to AdventHealth facilities as needed. Tests configuration and workflow changes, assists with test script development, and performs unit, system, and integration testing, documenting outcomes. Enhances application integration and performance in collaboration with Senior Application Analyst, Team Lead, and/or Supervisor. Resolves application issues by working closely with vendors and internal teams. - remove covered elsewhere Partners with vendors and internal teams for system administration and troubleshooting performance issues. - remove covered elsewhere Gathers requirements, obtains approvals, develops, and supports configuration for applications to meet business needs. Participates in assessments, implementations, and upgrades for third-party applications to ensure optimal performance. - remove covered above. Analyzes operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions. - remove covered above Develops system design and implements strategies based on operational needs to improve efficiency. Documents business requirements, defines benefits, and finds solutions to enhance application functionality. Collaborates with business owners and vendors on new releases, future functionality, product strategy, and business challenges. Identifies the need for new applications, functional requirements, product selection, and contracting with the business. Follows change control processes, ensuring proper documentation and approval for system modifications. Participates in audits and implements recommendations to ensure compliance and improve system performance. Collaborates with project management and business teams to implement new applications and system upgrades. Participates in application upgrade/release management with project management, business, technical services, and vendors. - removed covered above Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for the application, including user guides and technical manuals. Other duties as assigned. Collaborates with teams and vendors on integrations and support to ensure seamless functionality. Performs application-level configuration, coordinating with business and vendor partners to meet operational needs. Leads escalation procedures to resolve complex production issues promptly.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of software development, business applications, implementation, and software systems development lifecycle [Required]
  • Strong customer service skills [Required]
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills [Required]
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of various training techniques for users with various learning styles [Required]
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple tasks within deadline constraints [Required]
  • Ability to work with no supervision [Required]
  • Experience with relational databases and data transfers [Preferred]
  • Working knowledge of ITIL principles [Preferred]

Education

  • Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Computer Science, or related field OR 5 years’ experience supporting software applications in a healthcare environment

Work Experience

  • Experience documenting workflow design and identifying areas for improvement [Required]
  • Experience in IT working with applications in a healthcare environment [Preferred]
  • Experience participating in moderate to complex projects [Required]
  • Experience supporting Enterprise applications [Preferred]
  • Familiarity with scripting to improve application integration and performance [Required]

Pay Range

$72,786.83 - $135,385.27
