Digital Workflow Services Associate (5649)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Digital Workflow Services Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida. This is an Onsite Contract position.

SALARY: $21-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office (creating letters, documents, spreadsheets, emails)
• Professional, well-spoken, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain client account documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Scan, batch, and process returned mail accurately and efficiently
• Make phone calls, email, and document correspondence related to mail processing
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support and training on processes and systems
• Facilitate problem resolution related to mail batching and documentation
• Follow established procedures and perform routine and non-routine tasks with limited decision-making authority
