Pricing and Sales Coordinator

Main Activities
1 Maintain direct communication with clients to address their requests and ensure consistent follow-up throughout service execution, focusing on quality and efficiency.
2 Review initial quotations and client requirements; based on identified needs, evaluate and propose service options aligned with Transmaritime’s operational capabilities.
3 Prepare service offers with pricing that reflects the company’s cost structure and commercial strategy.
4 Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to assess service feasibility and communicate any limitations to the client.
5 Monitor internal service flow to ensure optimal performance and identify bottlenecks that may affect customer satisfaction. Provide feedback to Customer Service and Operations.
6 Responsible for maintaining contracts, agreements, and the validity of quotations.
7 Identify new business opportunities and markets based on client feedback and emerging needs.
8 Review pricing strategies in line with market conditions and Transmaritime’s profitability goals.
9 Use system tools to create, store, and track quotations, and follow up with clients.
10 Participate in the development of customer satisfaction surveys and propose improvement measures based on results.
