A growing wealth management platform is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support operations, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional business initiatives.
This is a strong fit for someone with experience in financial services operations who enjoys improving workflows, leading projects, working with data, and helping leadership make better business decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead cross-functional business initiatives from discovery through implementation
Review current workflows and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Build process maps, business cases, project plans, trackers, and RACI matrices
Partner with Operations, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams on dashboards, metrics, and reporting
Document business requirements, data definitions, assumptions, and project needs in Jira
Translate operational and technical concepts into clear business-friendly language
Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and project prioritization
Present findings and recommendations to business units and leadership
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of operations, business analysis, project management, or process improvement experience
Financial services experience required
Broker-dealer, RIA, custodian, clearing firm, or wealth management home office experience strongly preferred
Strong process improvement, workflow mapping, gap analysis, and documentation skills
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, or similar tools
Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, BI, and leadership
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA, PMP, Six Sigma, or data analytics certification preferred
