What we do
- End-to-end program management: Design and execute corporate volunteering initiatives from concept to completion
- Curated opportunities: Match organizations with the right experiences from our global catalog of volunteering activities
- Program planning & participation: Support timelines, campaigns, and communications to drive employee registrations
- Hosted experiences: Deliver engaging, high-quality sessions led by trained Goodera hosts who guide, orient, and contextualize each experience
- Impact measurement: Track, measure, and communicate both employee engagement and social impact outcomes
As we continue to grow, Goodera is exploring avenues of expanding beyond volunteering into a broader suite of employee engagement offerings including team building, culture-building, and purpose-driven experiences.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the Founder & CEO, driving 0-1 projects and building Goodera into an AI-native, product-led company.
You will act as both a thought partner and execution driver, ensuring that critical cross-functional initiatives move from idea to outcome with speed, clarity, and accountability. A key part of your role will be to bring structure to ambiguity, keep teams aligned on priorities, and ensure that the organization consistently delivers against its goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy and execution, is deeply interested in AI and product development, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can work closely with multiple teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Category Development
- Work with the Category team to brainstorm, test, iterate, and improve new volunteering activities based on on-the-ground insights and nonprofit partner feedback
- Lead 0 to 1 and strategic initiatives as needed by the Founder (new programs, pilots, org-level priorities)
Product Strategy & Execution
- Work closely with the Founder, Product, and Engineering teams to define and drive priorities for Goodera’s tech platforms
- Ensure product development is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and scalability requirements
- Contribute to decisions on product roadmap, feature prioritization, and platform capabilities
- Use customer insights, usage data, and feedback to continuously refine the product experience
Building an AI-Native Organization
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across customer-facing and internal workflows
- Drive initiatives that embed AI into core product experiences, operations, and decision-making
- Lead structured problem solving for automation, efficiency, and AI-led innovation opportunities
- Stay close to emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical applications for Goodera
Founder’s Office & Special Projects
- Act as a trusted partner to the Founder, helping drive clarity, prioritization, and follow-through on key decisions
- Ensure projects stay on track with strong accountability, follow-through, and execution rigor
- Step in to unblock teams and accelerate progress on critical priorities
- Support the management team with Investor relations and Corporate Development
Business Performance, People & Culture
- Define and track key product and business KPIs (adoption, engagement, revenue, margins, etc.)
- Build visibility through dashboards, reviews, and structured reporting cadences
- Work with leaders to improve goal clarity, execution discipline, and team effectiveness
- Enable mechanisms like skip-level interactions and feedback loops to stay close to ground realities
About you
- Top performer in Management Consulting with experience in fast-paced startups or Founder / Co-founder experience
- 5-8 years of experience
- Strong experience working across product (tech platforms) and business teams
- Ability to translate business needs into product priorities (and vice versa)
- Exceptional problem solving and structured thinking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, hustle, and bias for action
- Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
