Plexāā is a fast-growing MedTech company behind BLOOM⁴³, the world's first prehabilitation platform combining an FDA-registered wearable medical device with a certified companion app, designed to prepare breast surgery patients before and after surgery.

We are partnered with some of the most prestigious health systems in the US including Stanford Medicine, Houston Methodist and Loma Linda University Health, and we are scaling fast.

The Role

We are looking for a hungry, driven and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our US team based in Los Angeles. This is a full-time, hands-on role at the heart of our commercial operation, the person who keeps the pipeline moving, the CRM immaculate, and the numbers on track. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and will have real ownership of the day-to-day sales function.

Thanks to our growing market presence and clinical partnerships, we already have a large number of warm leads in place, the opportunity is there, we now need the right person to convert them.

This is not a part-time or fractional role. We need someone who shows up every day, and gets the work done.

What You Will Do

· Pick up and actively work an existing pipeline of warm leads, following up consistently and persistently at every stage of the sales cycle to drive opportunities through to close

· Proactively prospect, qualify and manage a pipeline of leads from first contact through to close

· Arrange and conduct first-line customer meetings and calls with surgeons, hospitals and clinical teams either individually or with the support of the senior team

· Maintain HubSpot CRM to a high standard, accurate, up to date and pipeline ready at all times

· Prepare quotes and proposals and follow through consistently

· Report on pipeline health and sales progress

· Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure contract renewal and long-term retention

· Support team at tradeshows and events

· Work independently and take full ownership of your workload

· Collaborate closely with the UK / US sales and operations teams

What We Are Looking For

· 3 to 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets

· Experience managing end-to-end sales processes

· Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent pipeline management tools — non-negotiable

· Comfort with pipeline analysis and reporting, forecasting skills is a plus

· MedTech or healthcare sales experience is a strong plus but not essential

· Resilient, self-motivated and able to work independently

· Highly organised with exceptional follow-through

· A natural communicator who builds relationships quickly, earns trust and is noyt afraid to pick up the phone
