Position: D&T Help Desk Analyst

Location: Remote (Must work CST hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST)

Duration: Long-term Contract (Potential for Extension and Full-Time Conversion)

Payrate: $25/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone-based technical support (30–40 calls per day).
  • Troubleshoot login, email, Office 365, and software-related issues.
  • Assist users with mobile device support and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while guiding users through issue resolution.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Login and email issues
  • Basic desktop support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to walk users through technical issues over the phone.

Preferred Skills

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support.
  • iOS/mobile device support.
  • Computer troubleshooting and desktop support experience.
