Position: D&T Help Desk Analyst
Location: Remote (Must work CST hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST)
Duration: Long-term Contract (Potential for Extension and Full-Time Conversion)
Payrate: $25/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based technical support (30–40 calls per day).
- Troubleshoot login, email, Office 365, and software-related issues.
- Assist users with mobile device support and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Deliver excellent customer service while guiding users through issue resolution.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
- Microsoft Office 365
- Login and email issues
- Basic desktop support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk users through technical issues over the phone.
Preferred Skills
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support.
- iOS/mobile device support.
- Computer troubleshooting and desktop support experience.
