  • As a Business Office Coordinator (BOC), you support payroll, human resources, and financial business processes to ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and a positive team member experience. What You’ll Do:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and manage timekeeping compliance
  • Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and onboarding documentation
  • Support recruitment, background checks, and license verifications
  • Administer benefits and manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims
  • Complete payroll reconciliations and key business controls
  • Assist with billing systems, financial reporting, and monthly close tasks
  • Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Track training compliance and performance appraisal records
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting and expense management
  • Promote OSHA and safety compliance standards You play a vital role in ensuring accurate business operations while supporting team members and leaders across the community. What We’re Looking For:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years business/finance experience and 2+ years HR generalist experience
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay Range

30.55 - 38.20
