POSITION SUMMARY

The SA Institute Program Coordinator will be responsible for the program systems and coordination that power the Survivor Alliance Institute, ensuring that participants can successfully access, navigate, and engage in the program from acceptance through completion. This role serves as the central connector between systems, participants, and program delivery, holding the day-to-day flow of program operations across multiple concurrent cohorts, including live virtual cohorts and self-directed pathways.

The SA Institute Program Coordinator owns the day-to-day program infrastructure of the Institute, including administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and the participant journey from onboarding through completion. As the Institute scales, this role is essential to ensuring that systems remain organized, accessible, and reliable for participants and staff alike. The Coordinator coordinates schedules, timelines, and program milestones across cohorts; maintains accurate participant records; manages structured communication flows; administers participant surveys; and gathers reporting inputs that support the Program Manager and Program Director in funder reporting and program improvement. The SA Institute Program Coordinator also partners with the Program Manager on program-level budget tracking and invoice coordination.

The SA Institute Program Coordinator must be a highly organized systems-thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of deadlines or important information. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across digital platforms, learns new systems quickly, and brings strong written communication skills for participant-facing communication. The SA Institute Program Coordinator must also be relational and trauma-informed in their approach, since this role involves direct contact with participants with lived experience of human trafficking. This is a role with meaningful opportunities to build skills across facilitation, reporting, budget tracking, and team leadership, supported by the Program Manager. The Programs Coordinator reports to the Program Manager.
