The Role

As Chief Editor, you will drive the strategy and execution of how users experience content across DAZN’s platform across North America. From homepage placement and content surfacing to engagement campaigns and editorial strategy, you’ll own the full lifecycle of audience connection. You’ll collaborate with product, data, and marketing to define how content finds fans—and how we keep them watching.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and own the platform content engagement strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimise content discovery and retention
  • Use data to identify patterns and drive personalisation
  • Partner with product and UX to design content journeys and surfacing
  • Oversee editorial and promotion strategies for key sports moments
  • Test and iterate campaigns to increase time-on-platform and return rates

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in content, editorial, or product engagement
  • Experience in OTT, streaming, or digital platforms
  • Proven leadership in audience growth or retention strategy
  • Deep passion for sport and user-first content thinking
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
