Salary: $105,000–$115,000 + 2% COLA + 403b + health benefits

Key Responsibilities For The Vice President Of Finance

Lead the full agency-wide budgeting process, including planning, allocation, and ongoing updates
Oversee budgeting for 60+ grants/contracts across state, city, and private funders
Supervise and develop a team including a Budget Planning Manager and Fiscal Analysts
Manage OTPS and payroll allocations across multiple programs
Produce and submit CFR reports and other required funder reporting
Liaise directly with funders to ensure compliance and financial accuracy

5+ years of experience leading organizational or agency-wide budgeting
Proven expertise managing multi-grant budgets and funder reporting (including CFR)
Direct supervisory experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

Staten Island

On-site Monday–Thursday, remote Friday (onsite only for first 3 months during training)
