THE OPPORTUNITY

OTE: $100–110K in year one | $130–140K in year two | Uncapped commission

Base salary: $65,000

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll run your own 360 desk — managing both client relationships and talent delivery in the HR Technology space. You don't need a background in HR Tech; we'll teach you the market. What we need is someone who knows how to recruit, build relationships, and close.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client Development

- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients through warm and cold outreach

- Lead strategic client consultations to understand hiring needs and position ROCKCREST as a trusted partner

- Use tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered recruiting platforms

Talent Delivery

- Source, screen, and pipeline specialized consultants for current and future client needs

- Manage the full placement lifecycle — intake, submissions, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding

- Collaborate closely with teammates to fill highly specialized roles efficiently

Team & Growth

- Partner with our marketing team on business development including social content, video, and conference presence

- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen our service and market position

- Participate in monthly performance reviews with daily manager support and structured team training

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a staffing agency environment

- Comfortable owning both sides of a 360 desk — clients and candidates

- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, target-driven environment

- Curious, coachable, and motivated to build some

thing long-term

- No HR Tech background required — we'll get you up to speed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Base salary: $65,000

- OTE: $100–110K year one | $130–140K year two (monthly commission, uncapped)

- Unlimited PTO + 10 federal holidays

- Hybrid: in-office Monday & Thursday, remote Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
