Office Manager / Administrative Assistant (Hybrid Schedule)

A well-established Hedge Fund located south of Boston is seeking an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support a collaborative team of senior executives while overseeing day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in asset management, hedge funds, or financial services who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $90,000-120,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, supplies, and kitchen
  • Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a professional office environment
  • Coordinate conference rooms and ensure meeting spaces are client-ready
  • Assist with vendor management and office technology
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Assist with HR administration and onboarding
  • Coordinate company events and team lunches
  • Support accounts payable and other operational projects
  • Handle additional administrative and office management responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of office management or administrative experience within asset management, hedge funds, private funds, or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; exposure to AI tools is a plus
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • Hybrid work schedule (Tues-Thurs)
