Office Manager / Administrative Assistant (Hybrid Schedule)
A well-established Hedge Fund located south of Boston is seeking an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support a collaborative team of senior executives while overseeing day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in asset management, hedge funds, or financial services who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $90,000-120,000
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, and kitchen
- Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a professional office environment
- Coordinate conference rooms and ensure meeting spaces are client-ready
- Assist with vendor management and office technology
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership
- Assist with HR administration and onboarding
- Coordinate company events and team lunches
- Support accounts payable and other operational projects
- Handle additional administrative and office management responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of office management or administrative experience within asset management, hedge funds, private funds, or financial services
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; exposure to AI tools is a plus
- Highly organized with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Hybrid work schedule (Tues-Thurs)
