Hiring: SDET Lead / ETL Tester | Quincy, MA | 100% Onsite

We're looking for an experienced SDET Lead with strong expertise in Test Automation, ETL Testing, Java, Python, and Capital Markets to join a high-performing QA engineering team delivering enterprise-scale financial applications.

Location: Quincy, MA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Work Authorization: Only USC AND GC

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Lead test strategy, test planning, execution, defect triage, and test closure activities

• Strong hands-on experience with Java Automation and Python Automation

• Expertise in Functional Testing, ETL Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, and Complex SQL

• Experience with API Test Automation and Oracle Database Testing

• Hands-on experience in Cloud Testing, Big Data Testing, and ETL architecture

• Experience with PySpark, Azure, and modern data platforms

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks for enterprise applications

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools including Octane, HP ALM, and JIRA

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Maintain detailed testing documentation, knowledge repositories, and quality metrics

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
