Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? The Greater Nashua Prevention Coalition is looking for a collaborative and motivated Director to lead efforts to reduce substance use and promote well-being across Nashua.

• Full-time (35 hours/week, flexible schedule)
• $45,000–$55,000 (based on experience)
• Nashua, NH

In this role, you’ll bring people together—community partners, local organizations, and residents—to develop and implement meaningful prevention strategies. You’ll also help guide outreach, track impact, identify and secure funding opportunities to sustain this important work.

Ideal candidates have:

• Experience in community outreach, public health, or prevention work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with youth
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience with fundraising or grant writing (a plus)
• Strong connections to the Nashua community
