We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our global accounting services team, supporting clients across the United States, United Kingdom, and GCC region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on cross-border compliance, multi-GAAP reporting, and delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse international client base. You will work on-site, collaborating closely with our jurisdiction specialists and client success managers to ensure every engagement meets the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations for clients across US, UK, and GCC jurisdictions.

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, UK FRS 102/105, and IFRS standards.

• Coordinate and oversee corporate tax compliance, including US federal/state returns, UK CT600 and VAT/MTD filings, and UAE Corporate Tax/VAT and Saudi Zakat/WHT filings.

• Support multi-jurisdiction payroll processing and ensure compliance with FICA/FUTA (US), PAYE/NIC (UK), and GCC labor and WPS requirements.

• Conduct cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing documentation, and double tax treaty analysis for multinational clients.

• Prepare consolidated financial reporting packages bridging multiple accounting standards for group entities.

• Liaise directly with clients to understand their business needs, resolve queries, and provide proactive financial advisory support.

• Assist with statutory audit preparation, internal controls review, and regulatory compliance reporting (including ESR and economic substance filings in the GCC).

• Mentor junior accountants and review their work for accuracy and compliance before client delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes across all three jurisdictions and communicate impacts to the team and clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, ACA/ICAEW, or CMA certification required (or actively pursuing with near-term completion).

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrated exposure to at least two of the following: US GAAP, UK FRS/HMRC compliance, or GCC VAT/Corporate Tax (IFRS).

• Strong working knowledge of multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, payroll regulations, and statutory filing requirements.

• Proficiency with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP, and comfort working with client portals and digital workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus for GCC client engagements.

• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously.

• Prior experience in a professional services or accounting firm environment (Big 4 or mid-tier) is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transfer pricing documentation and OECD BEPS-aligned reporting.

• Familiarity with UAE Free Zone and Mainland entity structures, as well as Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.

• Exposure to SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) or other public company reporting obligations.

• Experience mentoring or managing a small team of accountants.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus.

• Comprehensive health insurance and statutory benefits.

• Exposure to a diverse, international client portfolio spanning three major global markets.

• Clear career progression pathway toward Accounting Manager and Engagement Partner roles.

• Ongoing professional development support, including CPE/CPD funding and certification sponsorship.

• A collaborative, on-site team culture with direct mentorship from senior leadership.
