We’re looking for an Accountant to join our team and help manage financial operations for both the agency and a diverse range of clients. In this role, you’ll use your accounting expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance, and provide valuable financial insights that support business success.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers, deadlines, and multiple priorities. You’ll work closely with agency leadership, account executives, project managers, and vendors to manage financial records, prepare reports, reconcile accounts and process transactions.

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect and record credit card charges
- Process payment batches
Accounts Receivable
- Post deposits daily and process remote bank deposits
- Lead client billing processes with support from the CFO
General Administration
- Assist with general administration tasks (receiving phone calls or visitors, routing mail, etc.) when needed
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Reconcile bank statements monthly
Qualifications
- Experience with or knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting basics
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or working toward it
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products
- Positive attitude

- Good multitasking and organizational ability
