Role Description
The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in FL, responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations and service delivery. This position involves supervising cleaning teams, assigning schedules and tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety procedures. The Operations Supervisor will coordinate resources, manage inventory and equipment, and respond to client requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner. The role includes tracking operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to support efficiency and client satisfaction. The Operations Supervisor will collaborate closely with general supervisor and management, provide clear communication to team members, and support training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance management.
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management within service, facilities, or cleaning environments.
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing workflows, resolving problems, and optimizing processes.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to work on-site in FL, with flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
- Proficiency with basic office software and tools for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role; background in cleaning or facilities services is preferred. (not mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in management or operations are beneficial.

- Is organized, responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
Main duties:
- Field supervision and quality control visits
- Dispatching and scheduling coordination
- Client communication and service follow-up
- Employee and crew coordination
- Daily reports, photos, and operational documentation
- Materials, supplies, inventory, and equipment coordination
- Support during staffing shortages, emergencies, and special projects
- Among others.
