C-Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Shift Differential Available

Position Overview

We are seeking an Advanced Swiss CNC Machinist to support the production of complex, high-precision machined components in a quality-driven manufacturing environment. This position requires extensive Swiss machining experience, strong setup and troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and optimize multi-axis Swiss CNC machines while maintaining exceptional standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a true precision machinist who takes ownership of their work, understands the importance of tight tolerances, and thrives in an environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail matter. Key Responsibilities

• Setup and operate Swiss CNC machines

• Perform tooling selection, offsets, and machine adjustments

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements

• Support production of complex tight-tolerance components

• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues

• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks

• Edit programs and optimize machining processes as needed

• Maintain documentation and quality records

Qualifications

• 5+ years Swiss CNC machining experience

• Experience with Tsugami, Citizen, Star, Hanwha, or similar Swiss machines

• Strong setup and troubleshooting skills

• Practical GD&T experience

• Ability to hold tight tolerances

• Experience working from engineering prints

Preferred

• Aerospace manufacturing

• Medical device manufacturing

• Defense manufacturing

• Precision deburring experience

• Prototype or custom machining environments

• Multi-axis machining experience
