Overview of the Role

Our global technology client is seeking a Marketing Insights Manager to support consumer insights, market research, and data-driven strategy initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. This role focuses on designing and executing research programs, uncovering actionable insights, and applying emerging technologies such as AI to enhance research capabilities.

The Marketing Insights Manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, customer experience, and strategy teams to inform business decisions through high-quality research and analysis. This is a strategic and execution-focused role requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced insights professional who combines strong research fundamentals with a forward-thinking approach to AI and innovation.

The Basics

  • Duration: Approximately 6-month contract
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Onsite, based in Plano, TX
  • Onsite Requirements: Fully onsite

Top 3 Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or customer analytics
  • Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Proven ability to translate data and research findings into actionable business insights

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • Experience designing and executing research studies such as brand tracking, segmentation, and concept testing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience analyzing market landscapes and customer experience data
  • Familiarity with demand planning or forecasting concepts is a plus
  • Experience working with AI tools or automation in research or analytics environments is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including delivering insights to executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Insights
    • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies, including brand tracking, segmentation, and concept testing
    • Conduct market landscape and customer experience research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
  • AI and Research Innovation
    • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to improve research efficiency and insight generation
    • Partner with analytics and technology teams to explore applications of AI in research workflows
    • Support development and testing of AI-driven solutions for research and insights generation
    • Contribute to frameworks and guidelines for responsible use of AI in research
  • Insight Activation and Stakeholder Support
    • Partner with marketing, product, customer experience, and strategy teams to inform decision-making
    • Deliver insights that influence go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, and portfolio optimization
    • Provide recommendations that support pricing, revenue, and growth strategies
    • Present findings and insights to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and compelling manner

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
