Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Associate to assist with daily administrative and customer service functions. This role is essential in supporting logistics operations, ensuring accurate data entry, timely communication, and excellent customer service. The position offers cross-training in logistics with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide customers with accurate ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) information
  • Build and manage loads in Gravitate (Company software ), ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
  • Cross-train in logistics functions and support team operations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
