Role Description
Paradowski Creative is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized full-time Brand Coordinator to support brand management work for a significant client partnership.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key day-to-day resource embedded in the client’s brand team, helping manage brand governance, vendor relationships, trademark processes, and the operational rhythm that keeps brand standards moving across a large organization. You’ll work closely with both agency and client stakeholders. You’ll be expected to show up prepared and communicate proactively.
Success in this role requires someone comfortable working independently, asking questions proactively, adapting to different communication styles, building strong relationships across a large corporate organization, and take increasing ownership of your workstreams over time.
As an embedded position with our client’s team, this role is evaluated and renewed as directed by the client on an annual basis. This role reports to Paradowski/Account Director for employment, coaching, and performance development. Daily work direction and priorities are provided by the client Brand Team.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career. 1–3 years of experience who is organized, curious, and ready to grow with global brand responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Governance
- Monitor and manage a brand request inbox, fielding internal submissions from client teams (e.g., branded materials for events, trade shows, and internal initiatives), responding to requests, flagging missing information, and escalating approvals as appropriate.
- Route creative assets for brand review; identify and flag potential deviations from brand guidelines with increasing confidence over time.
- Maintain organized records of incoming requests, timelines, and status updates for manager review.
Brand Store & Vendor Management
- Lead weekly status calls with the brand merchandise vendor, keeping seasonal and special projects on schedule.
- Manage project timelines for key brand store launches, including seasonal campaigns, special business line orders, and recruitment initiatives.
- Develop a working understanding of brand POV on merchandise requests and begin making informed recommendations to the team.
Trademark Support
- Track trademark renewal deadlines and upcoming needs across the client’s portfolio.
- Manage communication with legal teams and surface key dates and decisions to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Help build and maintain a proactive process for trademark strategy, including identifying what should be trademarked and when.
Brand Systems
- Support updates to internal brand resource platforms (e.g., brand guidelines hubs, intranet tools), coordinating with internal development or technology teams as needed.
- Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement in governance and enablement workflows.
Process & Reporting
- Observe workflows and share ideas or questions that may improve efficiency with both client and Paradowsski leadership.
- Over time, begin building KPI recommendations and reporting frameworks to measure brand governance effectiveness.
Other Brand Team Support, as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, account coordination, or a related field
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proactive communicator that follows up, asks the right questions, and doesn't let things fall through the cracks
- Comfortable working in client-facing environments and navigating large organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management tools and willingness to learn new platforms quickly
- Working knowledge of brand guidelines and an eye for when creative may deviate from standards
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
- Experience with or exposure to vendor management, creative review processes, or trademark/legal coordination is a plus
- BA/BS required; marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
