Girls Inc of Greater Lowell is seeking a full-time Family Access and Enrollment Coordinator. Join us in our mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold!

What You’ll Do

as the Family Access and Enrollment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs through efficient family engagement, enrollment management, financial administration, transportation coordination, and program support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for empowering girls and young women.

Key Responsibilities Include

· Facilitate the enrollment process for new participants, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed and processed.

· Maintain current and accurate participant records, including contact information, medical details, and program preferences.

· Oversee invoicing, billing, and payment processing for program fees.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for families concerning financial inquiries, payments, and billing arrangements.

· Act as the liaison between Girls Inc. Lowell and transportation vendors, managing scheduling, routing, and communication.

· Address and resolve any transportation-related concerns raised by participants, families, or staff.

· Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of activities and curriculum for on-site, school-based, and organization-wide programs.

· Work with program coordinators and educators to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

· Previous experience in family engagement and enrollment management, ideally in nonprofit or educational settings, and with the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).

· Familiarity with Childcare Financial Assistance (CCFA) programs is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with participants, families, and external stakeholders.

· Proficiency in financial management practices, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing.

· Knowledge of transportation logistics and coordination is preferred.

Work Environment

· Onsite: Lowell Massachusetts.

· Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00Pm

· Salary: commensurate with experience
