M-F 8am-5pm, 1st call rotating with other PA's (after 4:30pm weekdays and 24 hours on weekends) with surgeon as back-up; occasional weekend rounding

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This advanced practice provider will be dedicated to our Community Cancer Center South, Community Cancer North, and East satellite locations.

Highlights

Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our gynecologic oncology team in Indianapolis, IN.

  • Part-time day opportunity
  • Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., clinic and first assist surgery responsibilities across three locations: South, North, and East
  • Rotating first call and weekend rounding requirements every third week
  • Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Experience

  • Experience as an advanced practice provider in gynecologic oncology, or clinical rotations as a student in gynecologic oncology, preferred
  • Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis
  • Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis
