Probate Litigation Attorney

Miami Family Law

Miami Family Law Group is seeking an experienced Florida Probate Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated probate, trust, and estate disputes from pre-suit strategy through resolution, settlement, or trial.

This is a senior-level role for an attorney who already understands probate litigation and wants the autonomy to manage cases independently within a well-supported, organized practice. You’ll work directly with clients, lead litigation strategy, conduct depositions and hearings, and collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff — without micromanagement or unnecessary bureaucracy.

Our probate litigation practice handles contested estate and trust matters involving fiduciary disputes, inheritance conflicts, undue influence claims, and high-conflict family dynamics.

This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed and based in Florida.
