Staff Educator - Procedural Areas

This role is a Clinical Staff Educator for procedural areas such as IR, IR PULM, and GI/Cath Lab, responsible for new hire orientation, ongoing skills training, and professional development to improve patient outcomes.

• Provides education programs, assesses staff needs, and collaborates with leadership to develop training plans.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, promoting continuous learning.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN license, 2-5 years of clinical experience, with preferred qualifications including a Master's degree, 5-10 years of experience, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with shifts depending on educational needs.
