Talent Aquisition, Onboarding and Training: To ensure the organization attracts, hires, and successfully integrates qualified talent while maintaining smooth HR administrative operations. This role strengthens workforce readiness through effective recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and accurate HR recordkeeping.

Main Activities

General HR Administration

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Process HR‑related invoices, vendor payments, and purchase requests; reconcile monthly HR expenses.

Prepare routine and ad‑hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review.

Draft HR letters, memos, and documentation (employment verifications, status change forms, disciplinary notices, etc.).

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.

Talent Acquisition

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring manager interviews.

Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Conduct pre‑employment checks such as background screenings, employment verifications, and reference checks.

Coordinate offer letters, compensation alignment, and hiring approvals with HR leadership.

Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, candidate pipeline status, source effectiveness) and prepare periodic reports.

Onboarding & Training

Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation scheduling, documentation collection, system setup requests, and first‑day logistics.

Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of required HR, safety, and compliance trainings.

Maintain onboarding materials, training content, and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.

Track training attendance, certifications, and renewal requirements; follow up with employees and supervisors as needed.

Support development and rollout of employee training programs, workshops, and skill‑building initiatives.
