The Role
We're looking for a midweight/Senior designer with strong graphic and motion design skills; someone who loves the worlds of film and entertainment and wants to make visually exciting work in that space. This role is to work alongside our US Producer, and take handovers from the UK team each day. Flexibility is needed as the work never appears at the same time every day, an hour to be plugged in and working is the kind of notice you will need to agree. It's daytime hours.
You’ll create social-first content ranging from beautiful visuals to impactful animations and punchy video edits. You’ll contribute ideas, shape concepts and craft visuals that feel modern, cinematic and culturally connected.
This role is ideal for a designer who’s ready to level up, with real opportunities to grow your craft, your confidence, and your creative range.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong graphic design skills across both digital and print media, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating high-quality print materials, including event collateral, signage and promotional assets.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Competent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), with the ability to produce engaging content for social and digital channels.
- Basic to intermediate motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects, creating simple animations, titles and social-first motion content.
- Ability to design visually engaging presentation decks in PowerPoint, Google Slides for client-facing presentations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create content optimised for different channels and audiences.
- Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas and attention to detail to every project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising workload and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with creative teams, producers and account teams to deliver high-quality work.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Entertainment or Media background
- Understanding of preparing artwork for print production.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency and support the design process.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- A curiosity of 3D & VFX, as well as an enthusiasm to learn.
- Solid animation fundamentals: timing, easing, rhythm, flow.
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy, colour.
- An understanding of thumb-stopping, attention-grabbing content on social media.
