Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source qualified candidates, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and support the organization's workforce planning objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience recruiting for corporate, operations, healthcare, or specialty pharmacy positions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation within established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and EEO regulations.
  • Develop relationships with colleges, professional associations, and workforce organizations.
  • Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.

    Minimum Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Required

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

    Experience

    • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
    • Experience recruiting healthcare, pharmacy, or clinical positions preferred.
    • Experience using ATS systems such as UKG, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Taleo.
    • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
    • Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting.

    Preferred Certifications

    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
    • PHR
    • AIRS Recruiter Certification (preferred)
